LOG ON to Auxdata with: http://auxdata.uscg.gov/ (Make sure that you turned your pop-up blocker off 1st and have downloaded a recent copy of Java. Use the "Java Help" Link if you don't have a current copy of Java 6.0) Logon using the Java Link under "Application links" if you have a internet connection. ( If you have a dial-up connection, you will have to download "Citrix" (an interface program)1st, then use the "Citrix" connection.) Then, you'll see a box saying that you're connecting, and then the LOG ON page where you enter your name and password. After you sign on initially, you must change your password.
